Lauki brown chana barely with ginger powder thalipeet

Grate lauki and carrot into a bowl then add mashed potatoes to it.

In a mixy jar add in brown chana,salt and ginger powder make a coarse paste.Add this to already prepared mixture.

Followed by barely flour,sprinkle water and make a dough.Now with wet plams make small balls and flatten it over a greased butter paper.

Now heat a tawa smear little oil and with the butter paper place the thalipeet dough face the tawa and slowly pull the paper out. Close with a lid and cook on both side with a drizzle of oil. Serve with green chuntey or sauce.
