Steps

Firstly wash all the vegetables and chop them in big pieces.

Now take a wok put 1 tbsp oil and fry lady finger,brinjal,potato and cauliflower.

Now take out all the vegetables in one bowl and add 2 tbsp oil add gram flour in it and saute it till it gets golden.

Now add cumin seed,rai,and methi Dana in it.Then add tomato and fry it,now add all the vegetables and add 1 kg water in it.

Now add kokum and cook it till it gets cooked properly.
