Shred onion and fry it in 3 tablespoons oil until good color.

Shred beet and chop garlic.

Fry sliced beef.

Put fried onion and beef in 1000ml water with bay leaves. Then add half of shredded beets and cook it putting Maggie cubes for 20 minutes.

Before serving, add the remaining half of the beets and simmer for 10 minutes.
