Steps

Take 100 gm of ghee in kadai and let it get heated on full flame and fry gound till it swells

Remove it in separate plate, take Paanch magaj, all dry fruits, til and postu and roast it in ghee which is left in the kadai
- 3
Heat the rest 400 gm ghee and add atta, suji and besan till golden brown
- 4
Coarsely Grind all the above things (mentioned in point 2)in the mixie
- 5
Mix all the coarsely grinded things in the above atta besan and suji
- 6
Let it cool and add grinded jaggery
- 7
Dryfruits Panjiri is ready to eat
