Ingredients

4-6 hours

4-6 people

2lbs. hot Italian sausage
1 jaryour favorite tomato sauce
1 cupdry white wine. I used a Pinot Grigio
1green bell pepper, cut into square pieces
Halfa Vidalia (or sweet) onion, chopped
1carrot, finely chopped
2Bay leaves
Parmesan cheese, to taste

4-6 hours

Put all ingredients into the crockpot, except the past and Parmesan cheese.

Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

Serve Sausage Scallopini over pasta or on long Italian rolls. Top with Parmesan cheese.
