Ingredients

4-6 hours
4-6 people
  1. 2lbs. hot Italian sausage
  2. 1 jaryour favorite tomato sauce
  3. 1 cupdry white wine. I used a Pinot Grigio
  4. 1green bell pepper, cut into square pieces
  5. Halfa Vidalia (or sweet) onion, chopped
  6. 1carrot, finely chopped
  7. 2Bay leaves
  8. Parmesan cheese, to taste

Steps

4-6 hours
  1. 1

    Put all ingredients into the crockpot, except the past and Parmesan cheese.

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

  3. 3

    Serve Sausage Scallopini over pasta or on long Italian rolls. Top with Parmesan cheese.
