  • 7 ozcream cheese (about 200g)
  • 2/3 cupheavy cream (about 160g)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoonssugar (about 45g)
  • ⬇️Garlic Sauce⬇️
  • 2/3 cupbutter (about 150g)
  • 3 1/4 tablespoonssugar (about 40g)
  • 3/4 teaspoonsalt (about 4g)
  • 1/3 cupheavy cream (about 80g)
  • 7 clovesgarlic (about 35g)
  • 1 tablespoonparsley (about 8g)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    The ready-made rolls from the supermarket are shown in the picture; cut each roll into 8 equal parts without cutting through the bottom. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolls on it. Set aside.

    Filling: Beat the heavy cream, softened cream cheese, and sugar with a whisk until smooth. Place in a piping bag.

  3. 3

    Garlic Sauce: Melt the butter in the microwave until liquid, then mix in all the ingredients until well combined.

  4. 4

    Assembly: Pipe the cheese filling evenly into each section of the rolls. Then, dip the entire roll upside down into the garlic sauce and place it on the baking sheet.

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the baking sheet on the lower middle rack and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. ⚠️ Be careful not to over-brown the outer layer. Once done, enjoy immediately ✅
