I found a healthy soft and yummy recipe. This is my first time trying a veg kebab and I truly loved it 😍 I didn’t have mint leaves at home but definitely going to add it next time I make it.

I found a healthy soft and yummy recipe. This is my first time trying a veg kebab and I truly loved it 😍 I didn’t have mint leaves at home but definitely going to add it next time I make it.

For rajma: soak overnight and boil in pressure cook until soft. Then mash in blender until smooth and soft

At this time you may want to fry your onion. I took 1/2 cup chopped onion and fried till golden brown

In your bowl with rajma add all rest of the ingredients. Ghee, fried onions, all masala listed, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, besan/ gram flour, coriander leaves and salt.

Now mix them together with your hand. To form shapes moist your hand a bit and then make your kebab shapes. It’s better to freeze for sometime before you shallow fry them in oil - that way it easier for you to fry and it will hold its shape better.

Enjoy with roti or chutney.
