Steps

Mix Wheat flour + salt + Suji + oil + water and knead a semi-soft dough, keep rest for 10 minutes.

Grate / scrape coconut, in pan, add coconut + jaggery + milk + cardamom, mix well and cook till coconut gets cooked, moisture evaporates and mixture turns thick.
Coconut Filling is done. - 3
Now knead the dough for 1-2 minutes and start taking out medium size dough and roll out in a circular shape.
Place the coconut filling and seal it very nicely or take the help of Gujia mould. - 4
Follow the same process
with rest of the dough, Gujia is ready for the next process. - 5
Now deep fry till golden yellow/brown in sufficient Ghee.
Fry well from all sides. - 6
Coconut Gujia is done.
