Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 2 1/2 cuprolled oats
  • 1 cuppumpkin seeds
  • 1 cupsunflower seeds
  • 1 cup water melon seeds
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachio
  • 1/2 kg seedless black dates
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup kishmish
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take rolled oats in a non-stick pan.dry roast for 7-10 minutes on low flame.

    Dry roast all seeds, almonds and pistachio..in apan heat dates make a smooth paste.add all roasted ingredients.

    Switch off the flame.let it little cool.add dried cranberries, kishmish, chocolate chips.mix well

    Mould it in a greased tray on parchment paper. Keep it for 2-3 hours in a fridge.make bars from them.

    It is very healthy and store for 15-20 days.
