Take rolled oats in a non-stick pan.dry roast for 7-10 minutes on low flame.

Dry roast all seeds, almonds and pistachio..in apan heat dates make a smooth paste.add all roasted ingredients.

Mould it in a greased tray on parchment paper. Keep it for 2-3 hours in a fridge.make bars from them.
