This recipe is rich in antioxidants. It has goodness of whole wheat flour.
Steps

Mix the butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy. Chop cranberry roughly and keep it ready.

Add chopped cranberries and Pistachio in the butter sugar mix.

Add whole wheat flour and mix it gently. Keep liner in the baking tray.

Divide the dough into equal portions and slightly flatten it. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Bake in 180° for 15 minutes in preheated oven. Let it cool.

Tip - As I have stamp for cookies, I tried to give some design. You can avoid or do it different way too.
