Pork Adobo

Start by washing and cutting your pork into cubes. Marinate it with your marinade ingredients and set aside for 2 hours (for best results leave it overnight in the fridge).

Heat up your wok and add oil. Add garlic and onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add pork and cook until it’s fully cooked.

Add soy sauce, bay leaves and Patis. Add sugar and vinegar and let it boil for about 2 minutes. Add water and season as needed. Let it boil until the liquid is to your desired amount.
