An unique uttapam making it healthier than the usual uttapam . Sattu gives it a good texture & is a good binding agent. It also helps in digestion. Sattu powder is used as a binding agent to make cutlets , parathas , milkshakes also .

Steps

Combine all the ingredients for the Uttapam batter & mix. Keep aside.

Add water & make a smooth batter. Cover & rest the batter for 15 -20 minutes.

Now heat & grease a non-stick pan & spread the Uttapam on it. Put 1/2 - 1 tsp oil on it. Cover & roast the uttapam on one side very well.

Flip & cover to cook the other side well also. Take it out on a plate & serve with a chutney of your choice. I have served it with Spicy Sattu Chutney.Enjoy this High Protein breakfast.
