Beetroot is a sweet earthy vegetable which is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It is rich in flolate (vitamin9) thatvis very important for body health.
Steps

Peel and cut beetroot into slices. Pressure cook with 1/2 cup of water for 2-3 minutes. Take out and let it cool. When cool grind to a smooth paste.

Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add beet root paste, salt, carom seeds and oil. Combine to form a dough. If needed add some water. Rest, 10 minutes.

Pinch out lemon size balls from the dough. Apply some sesame seeds on one side of the ball. Roll to a poori. Make all.

Heat oil and fry pooris in hot oil till golden.

Beetroot pooris are ready to be served. Serve with pickle/raita/chutney.
