Sattu Ki Kachori

Take sattu powder in a mixing bowl. Add crushed garlic, onion, puckle gravy, red chillu powder, mustard oil and salt. Add a little water to combine the mixture.

Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, oil and water to make a soft dough. Cover and leave, 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, make lemon size balls from the dough, flatten and stuff the sattu mixture. Flatten with palms to give the shape of kachori.

Prepare all kachoris.

Heat oil in a wok. When warm lower the heat and fry kachoris on low flame till golden. It will take, 6-7 minutes to fry one batch.

Take out and serve.
