Peel the kantola, cut into 4 pcs. Wash aloo pcs, keep aside.

Take a wok (any) add oil, heat it. In goes kalonji seeds, let it splutter. Add in green chilli & onion, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released.

Add in veggies, stir fry it for a minute. In goes salt, haldi powder & dhania powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until veggies r completely cooked, stir in between.

Open the lid, add dhania patta, increase the flame, mix it well.

Take out in a serving bowl, pair it with Roti or Paratha...
