Taro (Kochu) Rolls

Wash and clean taro under running water
Cook in pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water for 1 whistle
Once taro cooked leave pressure cooker to release all pressure naturally - 2
Then drain out from water and peel the skin
Transfer in the mixing bowl and mash taro with potato masher - 3
Now add all dry spices add salt add green chilli chopped and green coriander leaves chopped add gram flour
Mix all ingredients well - 4
If the mixture is moist then add more gram flour and mix well
Divide the mixture into equally medium size
Grease your palms and make rolls or tikki - 5
Coat evenly in breadcrumbs
Meanwhile heat oil in pan once heated drop carefully 1-2 pieces and deep fry until golden and crisp - 6
Serve hot with any chutney sauce or dip.
