Ingredients

  1. 4 TbsFresh Basil
  2. 2 TbsItalian Seasoning
  3. 2 tspGarlic Salt
  4. 2 CupsBeef Broth
  5. 2 TbsGarlic (Minced)
  6. 2 Cans (14.5 oz)Petite Diced Basil, Garlic & Olive Oil Tomatoes
  7. 2 CansTomato Soup (Family Size - 23.2 oz)
  8. 1Sliced Pepperoni (21 oz) [Cut in half]
  9. 3 tspSalt & Pepper (To Taste)
  10. 1Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (16 oz)
  11. 2Italian Croutons (5 oz)
  12. 1/2 CupMilk
  13. 5Large Pinches Sugar (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Add tomato soup, garlic, basil, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, beef broth, milk, & diced tomatoes into large pan on low. Cook for 20 minutes.

    Then, use a hand immersion blender to puree the ingredients together. Add salt, pepper & sugar to taste.

    Then, add all pepperoni & continue to cook on medium-low low for 40 - 60 minutes.

    Put croutons in single serve deep bowls. Then, add soup & the cheese on top.

    Note: This can all be done in a Crockpot as well. Do all 3 steps in Crock, then just let cook on low for about 4 hrs.
