Deep fry all vegetables.

Now put vegetables aside

Put extra oil in a bowl

Leave some oil in kadhai now add chopped onion,tomatoes

Cook it till it becomes golden brown

Now add sal,turmeric powder,asafotedia,garam masala,poppy seeds,water melon seeds,freshly crushed ginger,garlic

Now add deep fried vegtables on it

Cooki for 10-15 minutes

Serve hot with jeera rice/chapatis

Garnish it with coriander leaves optional
