  1. 250 gmspiny gourd
  2. 2onion
  3. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tbspsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspmustard oil

  1. 1

    Firstly cut the spiny gourd and onion.

    Then take a wok add oil in it.Then add chopped onion in it and cook it for 5 minutes.

    Then add spiny gourd in and add all spices in it and mix it.Then cover it with lid till it gets cooked.

    After that saute it for minutes and serve it hot with chapati or Paratha.
