Preheat oven to 375

Mix peaches, lemon juice, cinnamon and 2tbsp sugar together. Add to a large cast iron skillet or Dutch oven.

Mix remaining dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the butter and mix until the dry ingredients are incorporated and the butter is mixed thoroughly. It should be clumpy. I use my hands.

Place the oat mixture atop the peaches evenly. Break large clumps into smaller clumps, ideally pea-sized.

Bake for an hour. I like to set it to broil about 10 minutes beforehand to crisp up the top. Pairs well with ice cream, whipped cream or cool whip.
