Drumstick Greens or Leaves Pakoras are a delicious treat on a rainy day. These healthy and nutritious Greens are a treasure house of Iron. These are absolutely beneficial and also tastes equally delicious. These are good source of Fiber and rich in antioxidants too.
These are versatile and add a zing to your Stews, Salads, Soups, Fritters etc. You can make use of them in your daily cooking with an umpteen number of choices. These contain a large number of Phytonutrients that makes our meal a perfect one on any given day.
I have made these yummy Fritters today for Iftaar meals for a few people. The colour itself looks so inviting and refreshing. And the taste and flavour was phenomenal with the crunch of the Greens along with the simple spices that were used. Also I had made use of these Pakoras in the Kadhi that I made later in the evening for a sumptuous Dinner.

Wash the drumstick leaves thoroughly to remove any traces of sand or dirt. Drain well until dry. Set them aside until use so that the water gets drained well.

Meanwhile make a semi thick batter for the pakoras using all the ingredients mentioned. Drumstick leaves added to it gives it a unique flavour and texture. Also it tastes super yummy.

Drop small balls into hot oil. Deep fry on a medium-high heat until done. Serve these scrumptious pakoras piping hot to your loved ones. Enjoy!
