Ingredients

  • 1 tspvirgin / olive oil
  • 4chicken fillets chopped
  • 1onion
  • 1 tinmushroom soup
  • 1 tbspcurry powder
  • 150 mllow fat milk
  • 450 gbroccoli
  • Pinchsalt (sea / Himalayan) if desired and pepper
  • 50 gbrown breadcrumbs (2 slices) (low GI)
  • 50 glow-fat grated cheese

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Chop onion finely and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.

    Add the chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Boil broccoli for 2 – 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Mix the low fat milk, soup, curry powder, salt (sea / Himalayan), and pepper together in a jug

  5. 5

    Put the cooked chicken pieces, onion, and broccoli into a casserole dish.

  6. 6

    Pour in the soup mixture.

  7. 7

    Mix breadcrumbs and cheese together and then place on top of the pie – helps prevent cheese burning.

  8. 8

    Cook In the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes, then serve with salad
