Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add 2 cup jowar atta (sorghum flour)
Add some finely chopped veggies (onion, carrot, methi leaves & coriander)
Add finely chopped green chillies (as per taste)
Add 1/2 tsp ajwain (crush with hands) - 2
Add salt as per taste
(You can add veggies and spices or substitute with other ingredients as per your choice and taste)
Add warm water gradually and mix well with the help of spoon Further mix it with hands. - 3
Now place a clean wet cloth on rolling board
Take dough ball on it and wet your hands..Now place a clear wet cloth on rolling board take dough ball on it and wet your hands with water flatten thick paratha.. - 4
Now heat up the pan and place paratha on it roast well on medium flame then flip and drizzle some oil/ ghee cook for sometime, again flip it and drizzle some oil on other side too.cook until it turns golden brown from both sides.....
