For Dough:
In wheat flour add the mentioned ingredients and mix. Add in washed and chopped palak. - 2
Mix well. Add in required quantity of water and knead a medium soft dough. Keep aside for 3-4 minutes.

Boil 1 corn 🌽 in pressure cooker to 1 whistle. Immediately, release the pressure to avoid extra sogginess in the corn.

Cool and separate the corn nibblets. Wipe them dry to absorb the extra water. Chop them coarsely in a chopper, taking care that it's not v soggy. Keep this ready before kneading the dough.

For Stuffing:
When the dough is resting for 3-4 minutes, ready all the other stuffing ingredients. Mix and make lemon-sized balls of the tasty stuffing. - 6
Similarly, make 6 portions of the Palak dough. Roll out one portion of the dough, using dry wheat flour. Note to keep the rolled sheet thicker at the centre. Place a stuffing ball on it.

Seal well. Using dry wheat flour, press the seales dough to enlarge it a bit.

Roll out carefully to a thick paratha. Handle it gently, else the paratha will get torn.

Roast dry first on one side. Turn and roast the second side also. Turn and now roast the
PALAK STUFFED PARATHA
using butter/ghee/oil. Roast nice and crisp. - 10
VITAMIN-RICH
PALAK STUFFED PARATHA is ready.
This paratha tastes good in tiffin also. Serve with curd.
