Mutton Bhuna Masala

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cardamoms, cumin seeds, cinnamon and cloves. Let the spices crackle. Add sliced onions and fry till golden. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute 2 minutes on low flame.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriandervpiwder and red chillu powder. Saute 1 minute.

Add mutton pieces and cook till liquid dried and oil separates. Lower the flame and add curd. Mix well.

Add salt and, 1/2 cup water. Pressure cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Let pressure release itself. Now mutton is about 70% done. Add garam masala powder and saute for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Add a little water and further pressure cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Let pressure release itself. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Mutton bhuna masala is ready to be served. Serve with parathas Or boiled rice.
