Crisp and crunchy Dosas in no time are a perfect choice for Breakfast or Brunch or even a full time meal. This is a quick no fuss version. It requires no fermentation, no Eno, no Soda or no long waiting.
These are instantly done healthy and nutritious Dosas made with Yellow Split Lentils/ Yellow Moong Daal.

It's a great option for everyday. And it comes as a saviour for the busy working mothers. The only thing to be taken into consideration is to soak the Lentils for a specific time. That's it. And to make it more flavourful and healthier, I do add shredded Vegetables on top while the Dosas are Cooking just like that of Uttappam. It's absolutely amazing that way. It can be a great change as well.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Make dosas effortlessly. Pour a ladleful of the batter on a hot non-stick tawa or a cast iron griddle. Spread in a circular motion to form a thin crisp round shaped dosa. Drizzle oil or ghee on it and cook for about 2 minutes each. Make all in the similar way.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
