Start by roasting both groundnut seeds and sesame seeds on a pan for about 4 minutes or until the white seeds become golden.

Grind them together.

In a pan add jaggery and let it melt. For jaggery syrup, add ghee to the jaggery and stir continuously until it changes colour to dark brown.

Now turn the flame slow and add the ground mixture.

Also add the shredded coconut and mix well until everything combines.

Immediately transfer the mixture on a smooth surface like the kitchen platform and spread using a roller when it's still warm.

When the chikki cools down, make small pieces using your hands and serve ✨
