Coconut ladoo

Take sugar in a thick bottom pan add milk in it and take a boil.

Add khoya at the time of boiling. Turn off the gas and dissolve it. Add ghee when khoya melts.

After that add dry coconut mix well. Turn on the gas and stir continuously.

When the milk absorbed add vanilla essence in it. Take small portion of the mixture and bring it to the room temperature. Then make small ball from it,if you can make a firm ball it means mixture is ready to settle down.

Grease your palm and make ladoos from it.
