Lemon Buttercream

I gained the information for making it - through the Internet . If I made the Recipe up myself I would not have used Lemon zest and I would not have used any milk . I would only have used a block of butter , Icing Sugar - and 3 tablespoons - a measurement tablespoon of Lemon Juice

I gained the information for making it - through the Internet . If I made the Recipe up myself I would not have used Lemon zest and I would not have used any milk . I would only have used a block of butter , Icing Sugar - and 3 tablespoons - a measurement tablespoon of Lemon Juice
Steps
- 1
I used my Tefal Food Processor and Kenwood Food Mixer, but through hard work you might achieve a homemade Lemon Buttercream with a large metal Mixing Bowl etc. and a Wooden Spoon. Will have too as well - use a small sharp Kitchen knife too form small bits of Lemon zest
- 2
First of all - I cold water washed the 4 Lemons too clean and remove wax that might be on the outer surfaces of the Lemons and then I used a Potato Peeler too peel zest's off of the Lemons and then I connected the Tefal blade attachment to the Tefal Electric Mains Machine and then I blitzed the thin chunky Lemon zest's into small pieces
- 3
Place butter in Kenwood Food Mixer - use the Kenwood Cake Mixer Attachment and then automatically mix mainly on a low speed for 8 minutes
- 4
Then add the Lemon zest and Icing Sugar whilst the Kenwood Food Mixer Machine is off and then turn on again and then use a slow speed at first and then on full speed for One minute
- 5
Add the One tablespoon of Pasteurized Cow Milk and then the Two tablespoons Lemon juice - cut the Lemons in half and then squeeze with your hands the Lemon juice into a small Dessert Bowl. Turn with the use of the Kenwood Food Mixer Machine for One minute and using the highest speed within that One minute and then it is done. Transfer to a medium sized solid Plastic Food Container with it's solid flat Lid and then store in the Fridge
- 6
Place a heaped Dessert Spoon of the homemade Lemon Buttercream onto a small slice of Plain Cake Sponge or Plain Banana Cake and then enjoy eating it
