Ingredients

3 people
  1. 1 tablespoonground sage divided
  2. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder divided
  3. 1 teaspoononion powder divided
  4. 1 stickmargarine divided
  5. As neededsalt and pepper to taste
  6. 3 poundspork cut 1-1/2 inch thick 3 pieces
  7. 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season the pork on one side. Heat the cast iron skillet hot. Sear the pork on the seasoned side down. Season the top side. After 3 minutes turn the pork. Add margarine to top. After 3 minutes turn add in the oil. Slather the top of the pork with the rest of the margarine. Cover and turn down the heat allow to cook till done. Turn as needed.

    Let rest, covered, for 7 minutes and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
