Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Cut the cauliflower into little florets then washed & drained.

Add oil to the pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the chilli and curry leaf and fry for a minute.
Add the ginger/garlic paste and fry for another minute.

Add the turmeric, salt,chilli powder,chilli flakes,cumin & coriander powder stir it then add tomatoes and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Add a few drops of water if required and cook until the tomatoes are cooked and the sauce thickens a little.

Add chicken and cook on high heat for about 3-4 minutes, just until everything heats through. Then add cauliflower mix well and continue fry about 2-3 more minutes add 1/3 cup of boiled water bring to the boil turn the heat low cover the pan with lid and cook till cauliflower tender or cook chicken & cauliflower cook well.

Sprinkle garam masala & Garnish with coriander. serve hot with Rice or Roti or naan.

✅Notes:
1. You can add coconut milk instead of the water
2. If you want a hot curry you can add more chilli powder.
3. You can use chicken on the bone if you wish.
