Heat a pan with olive oil.

Now fry peeled prawns with butter for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Now add tomato puree into it and fry it for another 5 minutes before adding fresh cream. Saute it for nearly 5 minutes more.

Switch off the gas and spread parsley leaves before serving.
