Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Soup

Cut the celery and cook with a little bit of water on medium heat until soft.

Peel and cut sweet potatoes and pumpkin. Add to the pot with celery and poor boiling water until vegetables are covered. Cook with the lid for 20-30 min until soft.

Let it cool a bit and then blend.

Warm the soup again on medium heat. Add coconut milk, salt and pepper. Optional lime juice.
