Assemble all ingredients

Dry roast Oats for few minutes to ward off the rawness, allow to cool.

Churn roasted Oats + Cashews into fine powder, make powder of Sugar also.

In a mixing dish, add all dry ingredients, add cardamom powder and mix very well.
Add Ghee and mix well, gradually add Milk and mix well.
Mixture will turn moist and form into a dough. - 5

Take Modak mould, take sufficient quantity of prepared mixture, fill in and press it gently.
Modak is done.
