Karela or bitter gourd is high in vitamin c and other nutrients..it also contains compound that May have healthy benefits specially for diabetic patients.karela pakoda receipe is a healthy snack tea time.
Steps

Wash and scrap karela. Chop karela in a round shape. Remove deeds.

Soak karela for 5 minutes in a salted water. Then gently squeeze. Transfer in a plate.

Add besan and rice flour in a bowl. Mix it well.

Add turmeric powder, carom seeds, cumin coriander powder, green chilli ginger paste and 1 tsp salt. Pour water as required. Make little thin batter.

Add chopped green coriander, sugar. Mix it well. Whisk for 3 minutes. Add pinch of baking soda. Add 2 tsp hot oil and mix it well.

Heat oil in a kadai. Deep karela chips in a batter and fry pakoda on medium heat.

Fry till it becomes little golden brown. Remove from the oil. Sprinkle black salt and red chilli powder mixture.

Serve this healthy karela pakoda with green chutney and fried chilli.
