
Cava and strawberry sorbet

Steps

Mash the strawberries and mix with 100ml of the cava

Mix the lemon ice cream with the rest of the cava (remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 mins before you do this)

Return the mixed ice cream and cava to the fridge

Place 1 dessert spoon of the mashed strawberries and cava mix into the champagne glasses followed by 2 balls of the ice cream and cava mix on top

Decorate with small ice cream wafers before serving (optional)
