If using fresh peaches place in a bowl of boiled water for a few minutes in order to remove their skin (if using tinned peaches miss out this stage)

Put the peaches, cinnamon stick, cloves, sugar and the cava in a serving dish
- 3
Place in a microwave oven on maximum for 10 minutes - remove halfway through and move the mixture around before returning to the microwave
- 4
Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves and set a side to cool before placing in the fridge
- 5
Serve cold with fresh cream
