These potatos are a fun and wimsical way to serve crispy roasted poyatos! This recipe is just for 2 but can be made for a crowd just by using a larger pan and increasing the ingredients. They are crispy with tender centers and a are delicious!

These potatos are a fun and wimsical way to serve crispy roasted poyatos! This recipe is just for 2 but can be made for a crowd just by using a larger pan and increasing the ingredients. They are crispy with tender centers and a are delicious!

Preheat the oven to 425. Line a 9 inche cake pan completely woth foil. Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes in water

On your work surface carefully insert skewer in center otpf each potato

With a sharp thin knife make circular slices around potato

Carefully fan potato out

Brush all over with melted butter

Place on prepared pan with skewers extending over ends of pan. Bake about 25 to 35 minutes, turning once until tender and have crisp edges

Meanwhile in a bowl combine romano cheese with seasonings

Remove potatoes from the oven, sprinkle all over with seasoning and return to the oven for 5 motte minutes. Sprinkle with green o ions. Serve hot wire sour cream and ketcup
