Ingredients

  1. Dressing:
  2. 1/2 cupolive oil
  3. 1/4 cupapple cider vinegar
  4. 1/4mayo
  5. 2 Tbsspicy mustard
  6. 2 Tbssugar
  7. to tasteS&P
  8. Salad:
  9. 2 cupscooked macaroni
  10. 1 lbfrozen broccoli
  11. 1 packagematchstick carrots
  12. 2tomatoes, chopped
  13. 1 cansliced black olives, drained
  14. 2 Tbsminced garlic
  15. 2 Tbschia seeds
  16. 1 cupsunflower seed kernels
  17. 1medium onion, diced
  18. 2 cupscrumbled feta
  19. 6 piecescooked bacon, crumbled

Cooking Instructions

    Cook macaroni according to package.

    While pasta cooks, add all dressing ingredients and whisk together

  3. 3

    In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add broccoli and carrots to boiling water.

  4. 4

    Cook until pasta is al dente

  5. 5

    Rinse pasta and veggies until very cool. Add to dressing.

  6. 6

    Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate over night.
