Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonrice flour
  2. 1 cupwater for blender or
  3. 2 tablespoonswater for food processor
  4. 1 jarcooked chickpeas
  5. 2 sheetsnori seaweed
  6. 1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  7. 1small poblano pepper, roasted, deveined, and seeded. Chopped
  8. 1/2 cupcilantro, chopped
  9. 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  10. 1/2 cupoat or coconut flour
  11. 1/2 teaspoonsea salt
  12. 1/2 teaspoonground cumin

    Add all ingredients, except the tortillas and olive oil, into a blender or food processor. Process until the chickpeas are ground.

    Turn off the processor or blender. Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides of the processor or blender.

    Process once more to achieve a better mix.

    In a skillet, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat. Add the chickpea mixture and cook on low heat to cook the raw ingredients.

    Place 2 tablespoons of the chickpea paste in the center of a soft tortilla and fold in half, distributing the fish imitation that was just cooked. Set aside. Repeat until the chickpea paste is used up.
