Steps
- 1
Add the powder spices into the sukibhaji shak and mash thoroughly. Combine well so as to allow the spices to mix well. Make 4 portions (can make more or less portions depending on the size of the rotlis. But we do not want a very thick layer of potatoes)
- 2
Take a portion and spread it evenly on the rotli. Stir fry it on a pan so as to roast the potatoes first.
- 3
Apply oil on the rotli and flip to roast on the other side. Make it as crunchy as you like. If you like no crunch, no need to roast on the other side. Apply the chutney or sauce of your choice all around. Place salad and fold the rotli. If you want to make a roll, do not make rotli crunchy. If crunchy, fold in half.
- 4
You can also make it from scratch using boiled potatoes. Just mash them and add the spices like salt, chat masala, aamchur powder, chilli powder and a bit of garam masala.
