Cook l the potato in cooker for 2 whistles. peel and smash it with smasher

In the mixer grinder make paste of, ginger, garlic,green chilli, some curry leaves,,coriander leaves,jeera.grind it together make a paste.put the kadai on low flame add some oil,add curry leaves, mustard seeds let it crackle, add jeera and grinded paste, fry it in the oil,now add smashed potato, and salt,Turmeric powder, mix it well of the flame. Let it cool for some time.

Now in a bowl take some besan,add,some baking soda, salt,carrom seeds adding water make it thin mixture,as we can deep potato ball in it

Put the kadai for frying add oil, keep it on medium to high flame, when oil tem is maintain, take a ball of potato mixture dip it in the besan slurry and add this in the oil and fry from both sides until golden brown.

Serve hot with pav and chutney it's amezing in taste.
