Put potatoes in microwave on high for 3 minutes

Combined everything, including potatoes into an oven safe container cover with salt and pepper and cook on 400 for 6 to 8 minutes or until desired temperature and texture is reached..do not add ketchup or maple syrup yet.

In a microwave safe container. Add honey and ketchup and cook on medium heat for 45 seconds or until it bubbles
Take it out and stir now you have dipping sauce. - 4
You can eat it on its own.
Have it as a slider
You can have it between bread or buns and add egg for breakfast Sandwich
Also works well in a wrap with eggs as a breakfast wrap
I have it quite often over rice. I just make more of the sauce and mix in some of the sweet soya sauce
It's definitely good with the spicy Korean seafood ramen with or without the liquid soup base
