In three bowls keep Maida, sooji, Sugar ready.

In a mixing bowl add all three and add milk gradually, add salt and mix while ensuring no lumps are present. Cover to set aside

In a wok add water and sugar and bring it to boil, add green cardamom powder and mix, when sugar dissolves, syrup is ready, set aside

In a wok heat ghee and add a ladle of Malpua batter, let it swell and come to the top, flip sides, set aside to sugar syrup immediately and let it rest for 2-3 mins, set aside

Flip sides to fry golden in colour

Plate and enjoy 😊
