Peel the steamed sweet potatoes, discard the outer fibrous layer, and mash.

Combine mashed sweet potatoes with the flour mixture to form a dough. If sticky, add more flour.

Shape the dough into patties using a cookie cutter.

Heat a non-stick pan, add ghee, and shallow-fry patties until golden brown on both sides.

To make vrat special green chutney, add all the ingredients—coriander leaves, green chillies, sendha namak, cumin seeds, lemon juice, and water/ice cube—into a blender. Blend until smooth.
