Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add cinnamon, optional.

Cream butter and sugar till fluffy, then add eggs and then bananas. Finally add all the dry ingredients.

Make a caramel, 2 parts sugar, 1 part water. Line bananas over parchment at the bottom of the pan and cover with the caramel.

Top with cake mix and bake at 180 for 50 minutes.
