Zuppa Toscana (Veg Version)
Its a Italian soup recipe with potatoes, kale and sausages. I have made it vegetarian by my changes.

For sausage blend the ingredients without water. Grease the hands and make sausages. Steam for 20mts

For soup, heat oil, add onions and saute, add garlic and potatoes, salt and stock and bring to a boil.

Cut the sausage and add in the boiling soup, add spinach and pepper powder and oregano. Cook for about 5mts. Add cream.

Serve hot comfort soup.
