  • For Vegetarian Sausage
  • 1 cupsoaked soyabean
  • 1/2 cupoats
  • 1/4th cup walnuts
  • 2 tbspchia seeds soaked in water
  • 1 tbsptomato paste
  • 1onion
  • 6-7 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspoil
  • For soup
  • 1/2 tspolive oil
  • 1onion chopped
  • 4-5 clovegarlic chopped
  • 1 tbspfresh cream
  • 2 cupsvegetable stock or water
  • 2sweet potato par boiled chopped
  • 100 gspinach chopped
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 1 tsporegano

    For sausage blend the ingredients without water. Grease the hands and make sausages. Steam for 20mts

    For soup, heat oil, add onions and saute, add garlic and potatoes, salt and stock and bring to a boil.

    Cut the sausage and add in the boiling soup, add spinach and pepper powder and oregano. Cook for about 5mts. Add cream.

    Serve hot comfort soup.
