Ugali omelette and fried kale

Into a pan put 1 tbsp of oil and add the diced onions.

Fry till golden brown and add the chopped tomatoes.

Add the kale and fry for a few minutes.

Then to another cooking pan put 1 tbsp of oil and fry the two eggs

Fry both sides.

The into another cooking pan put 1 cup of water and allow it to boil.

Then start cooking your ugali by add the maize flour gradually and turning it in all the sides.

Turn the Ugali while mixing the water and flour.

This should be done till the Ugali starts to thicken

Then cover the Ugali for it to cook for 2minutes until an aromatic smell is produced.

Then turn the Ugali and remove it from the heat.
