Ingredients

  1. for dough:
  2. Gramflour 3⁄4 Cup
  3. Rice flour 1⁄4 Cup
  4. Water 1⁄2 Cup
  5. 1 TeaspoonOnion seeds
  6. 1 TeaspoonCumin seeds
  7. 2 TablespoonRefined oil
  8. 1 TeaspoonRed chili powder
  9. To TasteSalt
  10. other ingredients:
  11. Refined oil 2 Cup  (For deep frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients of the dough, knead for about 5 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    In a wok, heat oil, using a grater, grate the dough directly into the oil, fry until crisp.

  3. 3

    Serve with tea.
